Data import from files

The system has been developed to allow for the automation of financial analysis creation process. The ability to import the data from the files generated by the accounting software makes the creation of financial analysis easier and faster, reducing at the same time the risk of errors resulting from manual data input.

The system allows to perform an analysis based on the yearly financial statement retrieved from the eKRS system.

Format of the imported files:

• *.pdf – balance sheet and profit and loss statement files generated by 360 Księgowość, Symfonia or Comarch Optima accounting packages.
  Documents can't be scanned! Importing the files from the *.pdf format transforms the image into numbers. To avoid errors during data import, files imported to eanaliza.pl system should be generated by the accounting packages instead of being scanned. Scanning the documents significantly changes the graphic format with respect to the standard representation provided by the files generated by the accounting packages.
• *.xls(x) – balance sheet and profit and loss statement files generated by 360 Księgowość, Symfonia or Comarch Optima accounting packages.
• *.xls(x) – balance sheet and profit and loss statement files created using the templates of data import available in the eanaliza.pl system.
• *.xml – statement file containing the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement generated from the financial documents previewer available within the eKRS system of the Ministry of Justice.
