This screen contains the data of the users with access to the current account. In addition to the basic data of the user, such as name, surname, email address, account's creation date and the last login date, you can also see the list of clients and users assigned to them.

Number of defined users is limited by the current subscription package.

If the account has been created using an email address from the company's domain, then for this domain you can create an unlimited number of users. All unlimited users must have email addresses from this domain. This function is not active for accounts using the global domains.


  • Add a user – ability to define new users within the account. Each new user will automatically receive an email regarding his permissions and a first-time access password. If user already has a defined access to the system, then they can use their new permissions without the need to relog. New permissions will be visible in My accounts tab.
  • Edit – allows to change the configuration of the currently defined user.
  • Delete – deletes the access permissions to the current account for the selected user.

Work on many accounts: allows working on many accounts without the need to relog. By default, each user has access to one account. If needed, user can open a new account (e.g. for another company) or obtain access permissions to another account.
