PaLS and balance sheet verifier
The PaLS and balance sheet verifier is an IT tool, which allows to check the correctness of the data included in the following documents: profit and loss statement and balance sheet. The verifier checks the correctness of the structure of the aforementioned financial documents of the company.
Correctly prepared financial documents can be used as input data for the financial analysis of the company conducted using the eanaliza.pl system. The financial analysis includes an overall assessment in the form of the financial standing as well as the assessment of the company in terms of: liquidity, debt management, efficiency, profitability and general performance ratios.
Format of the imported files:
- *.pdf – balance sheet and comparative version of the profit and loss statement files generated by Symfonia or Comarch Optima accounting packages.
Documents can't be scanned! Importing the files from the *.pdf format transforms the image into numbers. To avoid errors during data import, files imported to eanaliza.pl system should be generated by the accounting packages instead of being scanned. Scanning the documents significantly changes the graphic format with respect to the standard representation provided by the files generated by the accounting packages. - *.xls(x) – balance sheet and comparative version of profit and loss statement files generated by Symfonia or Comarch Optima accounting packages.
- *.xls(x) – balance sheet and profit and loss statement files created using the templates of data import available in the eanaliza.pl system.
